Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — The four Baton Rouge Police officers on paid leave after shooting at a man are headed back to work.

BRPD says the four fired back at a man that was shooting at them on August 5 in West Baton Rouge parish.

The ordeal stemmed from a slow speed chase that started in the Capital City.

Investigators with the State Police are still looking into the shooting.
