Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A new report shows that a computer upgrade for the Department of Transportation and Development that costs millions has had its share of problems.
The report, which was released by the state legislative auditor, says more than $26 million in federal expenses weren't billed for reimbursement and financial statement errors topped $42 million.
DOTD Secretary Sherri Lebas says improvements will continue to be made to the system for years.
