A friend of Elizabeth Neary, 26, said he saw her in the 400 block of Bourbon Street at about 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Matthew Marshall said Neary told him she would get a ride back to Kenner with a friend, but she never arrived.

Neary has blonde hair, blue eyes, and is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has a sleeve tattoo on her right arm and an eye tattoo on the back of her neck.
