McClain and Suntich waive extradition - heading back to Florida to face murder charges

PORT ALLEN, LA (NBC33) — THIS IS AN NBC33 NEWS UPDATE:
Before court this morning, Bradley Suntich and Tyler McClain told Andrew Capasso "We want to go back" to Florida.
The alleged fugitives from Florida - Bradley Suntich and Tyler McClain will have their first appearance before a Louisiana judge this morning.
In the extradition hearing, we'll learn just how fast the pair will from the West Baton Rouge Parish Jail back to Florida. That's where they're facing a list of charges including 1st degree murder, attempted murder, and armed robbery. Suntich and McClain are accused of killing 53 year Laura Hill, injuring her 25 year old daughter, then stealing the family's car and driving away.
The two were pulled over early Friday morning in Iberville Parish after a 12 mile chase that started on I-10 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
They're locked up in WBR facing dozens of traffic violations and drug charges.
If the suspects waive extradition, authorities in Florida will have 30 days to come to WBR and bring them back. If the pair doesn't, then the long process of filing paperwork to get them Port Orange, FL will begin.
