Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — The people that received several luxury suite tickets to the Bayou Country Superfest are still a mystery.

Mayor-President Kip Holden says he won't identity the people he gave those expensive tickets too, which are worth around $9,000.

Mayor Holden wasn't available for an interview today, but a spokesperson says the tickets were used to discuss possible development opportunities with several individuals.
