Mayor lays groundwork for high speed rail from BR to NOLA

BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — East Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden says he will soon lay the groundwork for a high speed rail between New Orleans and the Capitol City.
Holden says details will be ironed out in a meeting with New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu.
The high speed rail is expected to cost $110 million.
