BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — All of downtown Baton Rouge will be active this evening for Forth of July celebrations. The LSU Museum at the Shaw Center is also planning a special activity – its seventh annual “Red, White and Blue Dog” fundraiser.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. this evening on the third floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts. Along with Bar-B-Q and red, white and blue margaritas, there will be music by Captain Green Band for a rooftop celebration.
