Louisiana (NBC33) — In Baton Rouge, the roads are getting back to normal.

A stretch of South Harrell’s Ferry Road was a complete disaster on Saturday. The heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Lee broke chunks away from the foundation; it has all been cleared away now.

Many other roads around the state have reopened as well. Nearly all roads in our area are back open today.
