Gonzales, La (NBC33) — St. Vincent de Paul excitedly received a huge gift from Price Leblanc Nissan this morning in Gonzales – a new van.

The car dealership knew that St. Vincent de Paul was in need to a vehicle, so they stepped up and donated the van to the charity organization.

SVDP CEO Michael Acaldo says this van will be utilized in so many ways and could not have come at a better time.

"Transportation is a real heartache in our community, and this is going to help us to get people to where they need to be, so they can change their lives," said Acaldo.
