While the Tigers prepared to take on their opponents on the field, local bars and resturants prepared for an onslaught on excited LSU Football fans.

Ryan Nizzo, General Manager of the Burbank Walk-Ons explained that he makes sure there are at least 60 employees set to go on game days, including 12 bartenders.

LSU fans started lining the bars and tables hours before kick-off as well, Nizzo said he and his staff look forward to football season for months, and now they're putting on their game faces.

"Excitement is an understatement. It's back! It's here! All summer long we've been having countdowns on our marquee, on all the info we have. We've been blowing everything out. I mean even though the game this week is in Dallas, we're treating it just like any other game," explained Nizzo.

Nizzo added that while his staff works hard, they want to ensure customers are taken care of and never have an empty glass.

The Tigers kick-off against the TCU Horn frogs at 8:00 Saturday evening.
