It’s part of the family reunion and car show based on the popular TV series from the 80's.

Fans of the show will get to meet some of their favorite characters, check out the world-famous General Lee, and take part in some Hazzard-themed contests!

In regards to the show being labeled as a "Hurricane Relief Party" on the promoters FB page, well a little misleading but not dishonest.Everyone likes to take advantage of hurricane victims. Sure a small percentage of people were charged $5 to park when the event was taunted as free but the LPSO shut that down fairly quick. All in all next year is going to be bigger and better . Like but as Uncle Jesse says: "It's not that hard, really, once you know how. "

Nice Event with a great turnout.. All of the Dukes Of Hazard Stars were great.
It's unfortunately the event promoters received a pounding on their Facebook page. In all fairness to them
they got into a little more than they could handle.Relaying on volunteer labor to handle security
and parking maybe not the best idea. Sure there were some disclosures problems about fees for the meet and greet, but look for a more forthright advertising campaign next year. (Heck yea there will be a next year).
