CALCASIEU PARISH, LA — A Sulphur man was struck and killed on I-10 eastbound by a vehicle.
On September 3, 2013, at 3:06 a.m., State Troopers were called to investigate the incident. Timothy Johnson, 61, was walking in the outside lane of travel on I-10 when he was struck by a 2001 Buick, driven by Jana R. Doyle, 30, of Starks.
