A piece of Louisiana and Hollywood history is hitting the auction block.

The Cook-Taylor house in Natchitoches is the bed and breakfast made famous in the movie "Steel Magnolias."

On October 26, it will belong to the highest bidder.

Built in the 1840's, the place served as a hospital during the Civil War, and is rumored to also be part of the Underground Railroad.

When it first hit the market earlier this year, The Cook-Taylor house was listed for close to $1.2 million.
