The holidays have been good to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, but officials worry that it won't last.

They say folks always give a little extra around Christmas - and the food bank has barrels of food still coming in from around the region to prove it - but after the holidays are over, officials say the number of donations drops.

Officials estimate they've given out 12 million pounds of food of food to families in need all over the Baton Rouge area this year.
