NEW ORLEANS, LA- NBC33 News — The New Orleans Fire Department responded to a three alarm fire at the Zeta Psi Fraternity house near Tulane University's campus, overnight.

It happened just before 5 am Today in the 700 block of Broadway in Uptown New Orleans.

When fire fighters arrived at the scene Halloween decorations for the fraternity " Bayou Bash" made firefighting efforts difficult.

One NOFD captain injured his shoulder when he an a comrade fell through the floor of the fraternity house.

The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.

The frat house fire was the third multiple alarm fire in a 12 hour period for New Orleans Fire Fighters.
