Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A fallen tree and downed power lines temporarily delayed Emergency Medical Services from responding to a heart attack victim on Hoo Shoo Too Road and Redman Lakes.

EMS units were eventually able to get to the man and take him to a hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.

The St. George Fire Department and the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office were also on the scene.
