Central, La (NBC33) — Today, EBR officials cut the ribbon on the new Central Thru-Way Paving Project, located just north of South Choctaw Drive.

This is the first part of the Central Thru-Way Project, which consists of new turning lanes and new traffic signals.

The total cost of the project will be about $61 million. It'll run all the way from Nicholson Drive to Hooper Road.
