Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Road crews in Baton Rouge say the Claycut Road bridge will be closed until further notice.

The bridge closed around 8:30 a.m. this morning.

The Department of Public Works says they're inspecting the bridge and say it'll take a few days before they know for sure how long the bridge will stay closed.

Drivers can take a detour - South Foster to College, then to Westdale and Country Club
Drive - to get around the closure.
