Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — The Better Business Bureau is warning you about an email that looks like it's from the BBB itself.

The subject of the email is "Complaint From Your Customers." The email has a link inside.

The BBB says the email isn't from them, and the link takes you to a website that could steal your personal information.

The BBB told NBC33 if you get this email to delete it immediately.

"Do not click on the link,” stated Jim Stalls of the BBB. “If you do, run a virus scan on your entire compute,r because it contains a deadly virus.”

The Better Business Bureau is working with police to find out where the emails are coming from.
