Baton Rouge, La (NBc33) — Several roads in Baton Rouge were flooded for a portion of the day.

The Department of Public Works said they had to shut down the underpass at Acadian Thruway near I-10 down several times today to repair the pumps that keep that road passable.

Also, Tilden Street was underwater for most of the day.

The good news though - no word of damage to any homes in the Capitol Area because of the water.
