Baton Rouge road closed until March 22 for 'Green Light Project'

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — King Arthur Boulevard near South Harrell's Ferry will be closed until March 22.
It's all part of a Green Light Project to widen South Harrell's Ferry.
