Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — It’s less than a week now until you can catch the Super Bowl right here on NBC33, and businesses in the Capitol City said they're ready for a big spike in business.
Management at Buffalo Wild Wings said they're bringing in extra staff for what they expect to be a very big night.
Manager James Caldwell told NBC33 News sales could top $10,000. He said though the Saints aren't in the big game, he's still expecting to be very busy.
“It is the Super Bowl; it’s one of those things to where it doesn't really matter who's in it,” said Caldwell. “Obviously, if the Saints are in it, it’s going to be more of a bigger build, but it doesn't matter who's in it. We have Patriots and Giants fans alike, so we expect a packed house regardless.”
No matter where you watch the game, you can catch it right here on NBC33.
NBC's coverage of the big game starts at noon.
