Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) —
Hundreds of people came out to see the annual Baton Rouge Christmas parade this weekend.
LSU Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Joe Alleva was the Grand Marshall.
Bands, cheerleaders, and mascots walked the parade, putting everyone there in the holiday spirit.
"I came out to have a lot of fun,” stated attendee Darren Bourgeois. “I heard they were going to have a lot of people, and this is actually my first time out here."
The Baton Rouge Christmas Parade has been going on since 1950.
