LAFAYETTE, LA (NBC33) — After being in Lafayette for just a few months, Allegiant Airlines says they're ending service in and out of that airport.

Allegiant first signed on back in November. They've been offering $49 fares since first servicing Acadiana.

Those flights will stop on February 26; anyone with an Allegiant ticket after that day will be contacted to get a refund.
