Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — A band that represents the Air Force Academy, Wild Blue Country, made a special visit to the NBC33 studio today to give us a sneak peak of their performance in Hammond on March 9.
They even did a rendition of our NBC33 News theme song, which can be viewed in the video attached to this story.
Wild Blue Country is based out of Colorado Springs, and they travel around the world performing for schools, troops, and numerous events.
They are here in Louisiana on tour and say they can’t wait to perform on Saturday night.
"A part of it will be feature the veterans, so we will do some things like that”, stated Tech. Sergeant Jeff Valentine. “We’ll do some George Straight, and other songs listeners will like - a mixture of modern songs. It’s about an hour and twenty minute show.
