A 27-year old man died in the early morning due to an accident. Troopers believe the man was impaired at the time of the crash.

Andrew Mixon of Ventress was driving in Pointe Coupee Parish last night at about 2:30 in the morning. For some reason he lost control of the vehicle while moving into a curve. That’s when he ran off the road and struck two trees. Mixon was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, died at the scene of the accident due to his injuries.

Troopers believe Mixon was impaired at the time of the accident. A sample of his blood has been submitted to the State Police Crime Lab for chemical analysis.

Try putting a little bit of class into your articles. A young man lost his life and in your short article, you wrote that he was believed to impaired at the time of the accident. Come on, I know you wrote "troopers believe .." but until the toxicology reports come back, you don't know. Also, saying that "For some reason he lost control of the vehicle while moving into a curve" has so many wrong implications, I don't know where to begin. Hmmm ... Maybe the tropical storm had something to do with it? May God bless his family and friends at this difficult time and I pray they don't see this classless article.
