Last survivor of crash dies

The last survivor of that fiery crash last week on I-10 has died.
Rito Gomez passed away at the hospital Wednesday night. Gomez, along with four other people, were killed when their truck was rear ended and caught fire near Seigen Lane.
Dwayne Legget faces negligent homicide charges. State police say he may have been impaired.
