Justice of the Peace Controversy

The controversy of a Justice of the Peace is growing in Tangipahoa Parish. Justice of the Peace Keith Bardwell refused to marry an interrracial couple late last week. Since then - Bardwell says he's gotten calls around the clock, bomb threats, even death threats. Now - there's a growing list of people who say Bardwell should resign. On that list - Governor Jindall and the NAACP. Bardwell says he didn't marry the couple because he had concerns about any kids they might have. He refused to talk to us on camera.
