BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) — Mayor President Kip Holden says he wants another bond proposal on a ballot this year.

Holden saying at Wednesday night's Council Meeting - he wants voters to decide on the $700 million initiative in October.

The money would be used to improve infrastructire across the city and parish.

This would be Holden's third attempt to get a bond passed.
