Hold the Handshake

Swine flu concerns have changed people's greeting habits.

Many in Baton Rouge are passing on a hand shake, hello. Some are avoiding hand railings as well. The concern is over the swine flu virus.

Health officials recommend washing your hands 15 to 20 seconds, several times a day.
