STORMTRACKER 33 — High temperatures coupled with high humidity today will bring about excessive heat today.  Heat Advisory today with afternoon high near 96 and a heat index values of 105 to 110 degrees.  Take precautions to avoid heat related illnesses.  During the peak heat hours take plenty of breaks, allow time for your body to adjust to the high heat.  Drink plenty of fluids and wearing light weight and light colored clothing will help reduce the stress on your body.  If possible avoid the highest day time heat by staying indoors.
