(Update: 6:30 a.m.) The fire at Delta Chemical Service, off Highway 30 in St. Gabriel was small Tuesday morning, officials said.

The flames burned out quickly before 5:00 a.m. and no chemicals from inside the warehouse were released.

NBC33 reporter Jason Dumas visited the scene Tuesday morning and will give us full details soon.

(Previous Story) Louisiana State Police and Hazmat crews are at Delta Chemical Service on LA 30 in Iberville Parish. A fire that occured around 4:30 Tuesday morning brought concerns of a possible chemicals leak.

Iberville Parish Sheriff Brett Stassi told NBC33 no one was injured and the fire burned itself out. 

There is no information on what type of chemical was housed in the warehouse.

As soon as more information becomes available, NBC33 will update this story.
