Who doesn’t love to dance? That’s the idea behind a special line dancing group that goes by “YaYas.”

These ladies travel all over Baton Rouge and Denham Springs to showcase their moves, and get local senior citizens involved.

They dance to all the classics, but don't expect these ladies to stick with oldies - they know how to mix it up with today's hits as well.

The YaYas started out in a fitness class at PARD'S Fitness and Aquatics Center.

YaYas leader and dance instructor, Sandi McGrew, says "We have so much fun in our line dancing class and we thought we need to bring it to people who can't enjoy dancing and music the way we do on a daily basis."

This week, the dance troupe preformed for seniors at Heritage Manor in Denham Springs, and on September 18th, you can see these ladies shake their stuff at The Care Center on Florida Blvd. in Baton Rouge.
