We caught up with a retired Crawford Construction employee. He says he's shocked something like that would happen at the plant.
Henry Spica worked at Crawford for 33 years. He retired in April.
He says the workers at Crawford are a very close family.
Spica says the two victims - 44 year old Dianna Tullier and 55 year old Cheryl Boykin were just at work doing their jobs.
He talked with Tullier just a half hour before she was killed.
