Fetus found in Sewer near GSRI

City workers found a fetus in a sewer pump on GSRI Rd.

Crews with the Department of Public Works made the discovery Monday morning.

A 20 week old male was in a pump in the median. Officials say the child was born alive, but not at a healthy weight to survive.
