A new study finds working out in the morning, helps you sleep better at night.
Researchers at Appalachian State University measured the sleep quality of a group of adults, who worked out in the morning, afternoon or evening, on separate occasions.
When the subjects exercised in the morning they spent 85% more time in light sleep and 75% more time in deep sleep than when they worked out during other parts of the day.
Morning exercise also boosted the number of sleep cycles each night by 20%.
