BATON ROUGE, LA-(NBC33) — Former Governor Edwin Edwards and his fiancee' will be married on Friday July 29, 2011 in New Orleans. According to unnamed sources, the ceremony will be a private ceremony in the Crescent City at 11:00a.m. with just a few family and friends. The exact location is being kept a secret.  The following night, July 30 the two will host a party at the hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter. This is being billed as Edwards' 84 birthday party.
