LOUISIANA (NBC33) — The Louisiana Association of Superintendents is meeting with new State Superintendent John White this week to discuss education reform.

The focus of the meeting will be on school choice. They want the same academic standards for charter schools that there currently are for public schools.

Additionally they want to establish an accountability test to make sure there is a quality teacher in every classroom.
