So many students want to live on campus at UL-Lafayette, the school is having to rent out nearly two floors of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

150 students will be moving into the Crown Plaza instead of dorms next week.

So far, more than 2,000 students are planning on living on campus, and more than a hundred are on waiting lists.

Students living at the hotel will have first dibs on new dorms being built along Taft Street.

While at the hotel, students will get maid service, but they're going to have to do their own laundry. They'll also be shuttled back and forth to campus.
