Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — According to a survey released by LSU, most Louisianans don't like the education their children are receiving.
More than a third of Baton Rouge parents say they rate schools as “poor” when it comes to preparing their children for college.
The survey goes on to say only eight percent of Louisiana parents rate the education system as excellent, which makes the state’s parents among the most unhappy in the country when it comes to education.
The survey was released by the LSU Public Policy Research Lab and supported by the Reilly Center for Media and Public Affairs.
