Baton Rouge, La (NBc33) — Across the state, kids are gearing up to take the LEAP test.
Today, teachers at Highland Elementary helped give their students a confidence boost by hosting a "Pass the LEAP" pep rally.
The LEAP test is tomorrow, and faculty wanted to help the kids with test anxiety and celebrate their progress this year as a way to help them do well on tomorrow’s exam.
The teachers took a 30 minute practice to learn dance moves like the Wobble and the Bernie for their pep rally debut.
