At Inspire Charter Academy, kids there getting a chance to do what many wish they could -- a chance to get revenge on their teachers.

Today, Inspire teachers and students faced off against each other in the first ever teacher-student basketball game.

Younger kids got a chance to cheer on their friends in middle school while the Hawks and Lady Hawks took it to the teachers.

Third Grade teacher Jaquita Brown says her students have been waiting for this day all week, and it's a great way for the whole school to come together.

"The students are really, really excited about it, just for them to see another side of us, we have fun in learning, but they get to see our fun side, they're just really excited to see that," she said with a smile.

Teachers and students played two back to back games, and even though the kids did their best, the teachers won both.
