BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — The Baton Rouge Community College has a new chancellor. Doctor Andrea Lewis Miller named for the position earlier today.

Miller is replacing the previous chancellor, Myrtle Dorsey, who moved to St. Louis Community College.

Miller has more than 20 years experience in higher education.

She comes to Baton Rouge from Lake Charles. That's where she was chancellor of Sowela Technical Community College.
