LSU and Southern University both dropped in rankings in the U.S. News and World Report list of best colleges.

The magazine dropped the tigers four places to 128. Southern fell out of the top tier of black colleges. Students at both schools though still believe the education they are getting is a good one.

"Education is good. It's just the administration. That's the only thing - other than that the education is ok,” said Southern student Shanice Simmons.

"No matter how far it dropped down, I still think that it's a good school,” stated LSU student Shakeena Robertson. “There's a lot of opportunities here. The people are really great. The staff is really great. They help you out a lot."

Harvard and Princeton tied for first place in the annual ranking. Yale University finished third.
