BATON ROUGE,LA (NBC33) — L.S.U. Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Joe Alleva spent part of Friday talking to group of L.S.U. M.B.A. students.

Alleva told the students the key to success is simply being a good listener. He also stressed the importance of hiring the right people when starting a business. Alleva's talk was part of the M.B.A. program's "Distinguished Speaker" series.
