BATON ROUGE, La (WVLA)  An East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested for domestic abuse. Thirty-year-old Deputy Brison Gremillion is in the Parish Prison for false imprisonment and domestic abuse.

Gremillion is accused of handcuffing his wife to the headboard of their bed after an argument. Gremillion stated that he handcuffed his wife because she became overly argumentative.

Gremillion’s wife received minor injuries to her wrist from the handcuffs during the struggle.
