Two attempted murder suspects were arrested by Baton Rouge Swat. It’s video you’ll see only on NBC33. Our Kianga Kelley was there for the dramatic take-down.

As rain and strong winds wiped across the Redstick, witnesses watched as Sheriff’s deputies took down a man they considered to be armed and dangerous, 19-year-old Troy Turkey Neck Fleming. Casey Rayborn Hicks of E.B.R.SO. says, “Fleming is wanted as principal to attempted second degree murder with a shooting accident we had last week.”

Spotted in the parking lot of the Department of Social Services on North Boulevard, Hicks says if it weren’t for the anonymous tip Fleming would still be on the run. “This phone call really shows how someone in the community can really make a difference in getting a criminal or someone who’s a threat to the community off the streets.”

Two other men were taken down with Fleming, but were later released. Late Wednesday night investigators arrested the alleged triggerman involved. 26-year-old Troy Lloyd Harris, Jr., also known as “Fliz,” was captured at home. He is accused of injuring a man during the altercation. Both men have been booked in the parish prison.

Fleming is charged with principal to attempted second degree murder and Harris faces attempted second degree murder charges.
