Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Eight dogs are dropped off at Park Forest Animal Hospital in Baton Rouge in poor condition, some covered with mange, pregnant, or unable to move.

The surveillance footage from the animal hospital shows the culprits, dropping these animals off last night.

Veterinarian Daniel Mooney says it's bad practice to abandon strays anywhere.
