After a break for Hurricane Sandy the presidential campaign resumes today, at least in part.

Governor Mitt Romney is returning to the campaign trail, but the president's still dealing with storm recovery.

Paul Ryan has rallies scheduled in Wisconsin.

Vice President Joe Biden and Governor Romney will both be in Florida.

Romney spent Tuesday avoiding questions about the federal response to Sandy after collecting supplies for storm victims in Ohio.

The president, meanwhile, visits New Jersey where six days before the election he got a pat on the back from Republican rival, Governor Chris Christie, for his handling of Sandy's aftermath.

"The President has been outstanding in this," Christie said.

As for the election, we may see long lines again.

Early voting resumes today in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

With power still out, New York may have to hand count ballots.

West Virginia is considering generators for its voting machines, and New Jersey may move some polling places.
