Cash battle for White House

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — President Obama and his allies hold about a 2 to 1 advantage over Mitt Romney and his allies in available cash.
That according to the latest totals filed with the Federal Election Commission.
As of april 30th, President Obama's forces held about a combined $144 million in cash on hand.
That's the total cash available to the Obama campaign, The Democratic National Committee, and a large pro-Obama super PAC.
Meantime, team Romney had about $77.5 million in the bank at the end of April.
The Obama forces outraised Romney and his allies by about $12 million in April.
But two major super PACs backing Romney had about $29 million more available to spend than the major Obama-aligned super PAC.
